At AiR, we understand that representation and inclusivity are crucial in shaping the future of aviation. Our team of experienced mentors, all seasoned professionals with over 3 years of experience in their aviation fields, are committed to empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds. Through one-to-one mentorship programs, we offer an environment where aspiring pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers & loadmasters can grow their skills, expand their knowledge, and build the confidence necessary to soar to new heights, whether they wish to join the military or civilian aviation.

If you’re a professional pilot, aviation engineer, ATCO or loadmaster and are passionate about diversity and providing opportunities for the next generation of aviators, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need to be UK based and have 3 or more years of professional experience to be eligible to join us.
